This Privacy Policy describes how Daniel Brick / Full Clear (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates fullcleargames.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. Questions: contact@fullcleargames.com.

Information we collect

  • Account data — email address, display name, password hash (if you sign up with email), and profile settings you choose.
  • Linked game libraries — when you connect Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, RetroAchievements, GOG, or other providers, we import library, achievement, and playtime data needed to compute your FC Score and show activity.
  • Provider tokens — OAuth / session tokens from linked providers are encrypted at rest and used only to sync your data.
  • Usage data — basic logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management so you can stay signed in and use protected features. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function.

Advertising and third-party cookies (including Google)

Third parties, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

How we use information

  • Operate and improve Full Clear, including FC Score, leaderboards, and activity feeds.
  • Authenticate you and secure accounts and linked providers.
  • Communicate about the Service (for example, security or account notices).
  • Comply with law and protect against abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that host or process the Service on our behalf, with linked game platforms when you authorize a connection, and when required by law. Public profile information you choose to make visible (for example, display name, FC Score, activity) may appear on leaderboards and the public feed. You can set your profile to private in Settings → Privacy when signed in.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and synced library data while your account is active. Unlinking a provider deletes games, achievements, and activity imported from that provider, and your FC Score is recalculated. Contact us at contact@fullcleargames.com to request account deletion or other privacy requests.

Security

Provider tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only inside sync workers. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we work to protect your information with industry-standard practices.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
